  • We can cut your designs from your dxf files.
  • We can supply the aluminum and the material certification traceability.
  • Al 5052-H32 and  Al 6061-T6  aluminum sheet available.
  • Countersinking of instrument and mounting holes.
  • Bending services available.
  • Panel fabrication from dxf customer file.   ..............   $385 per panel              Incl. ( Average panel size 20" X 16" )
  • Counter sinking instrument/mounting holes. .......      $75 per panel

Screen Printing and Artwork
  • Artwork files can be dxf, Photoshop, or other readily available format.
  • Our graphic artists can layout the artwork if required.
  • Choice of ink color.
  • Email your custom artwork.  Most graphic programs supported.
  • Multiple colors available.
  • Screening artwork / film layout  ................................................  $85 per hour
  • Provided artwork in digital format - camera ready ..............   $45 per hour
  • Screening setup  flat surf. average panel size 20" X 16" ............. $85 per setup

Powder Coating

  • Powder coating in standard colors.

Engineering Certification.
  • Full certification for materials together with Inspection services available.
  • DER services available. 
  • Avion has an FAA Approved Fabrication and inspection System. Available for inspection.
  • STC-PMA holder for multiple products. 
  • Experienced design engineers can work from your sketches and designs.
  • Our engineers can develop  drawings from your written specifications.
  • SolidWorks, IGES and AutoCad files can be supplied for all customer developed engineering.
