Terms and Conditions
 
Payment Terms:
Avion accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards or payment in the form of a check. Many orders are completed in multiple shipments and each item will be charged as it ships rather than charging the entire order at once. The exception to this is instrument panels, which require a 50% deposit to open a Project Folder to begin work. Please contact your Project Manager if you have any questions.
 
Return Policy:
All customized products (panels) are non-returnable. Non-customized products have a 30-day
return period. A restocking fee of 20% may be applicable. No returns will be accepted without a
Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
 
Freight & Shipping:
All freight and shipping costs will be charged to the customers FedEx/UPS shipping account number or their credit card. All shipments will be insured for replacement value. A packaging and handling charge applies to all shipments. For International shipments, all duties, taxes and any other associated charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Avion Research, Inc.
 
Prices:
All quotations are valid for 30 days.  List Prices may be subject to change without notice. All merchandise purchased from third party vendors is subject to their pricing and policies.
 
Scheduling:
Delivery dates may vary due to the many variables associated with producing custom items (design changes, revisions, component availability, etc. Please ask your Project Manager for estimated production times.
